Why should I join?
Well, in addition to the perks noted above we'll track all your purchases, including any items that are guaranteed, like Nursery Stock and Life-like Christmas trees. So we can look up your receipts if needed.
What if I am already a Garden Club Member?
Then you are good to go! Garden Club Members were converted to the new Family Perks program.
Does the program cost anything to join?
Nope, it's FREE!
How do I sign up?
If you are a Garden Club member you were automatically enrolled in the new program. We appreciate your business.
If you are a new customer - Welcome! You can sign up for our Family Perks program at any of our Service Desks

Online! Just go back to the Home Page and click on Account - Create Account. Enter your email, name and create a password. It's that easy!
Do I need to carry a card?
Not unless you want to.
If you have a Garden Club card that still works!
If you don't have a card, we can look up your account by name, phone number, or email address.
Want a new Family Perks card? (The new cards ARE pretty nifty.) Just stop in at any of our store locations to get one.
How do I earn points?
Earn points every time you shop. 1 dollar spent = 1 point.
When do I get a $5 reward?
Once you earn 250 you'll get $5 off your next purchase! The $5 reward is stored in your account. The next time you shop one of our cashiers will ask if you want to use the reward or save it for later.
Can I see my purchases online?
Yes! Log into your account using your Member ID (on the back of the card) or your email address tied to your account. You can see any purchase made at one of our stores back to 2015.
What if I'm having trouble logging in?
Try using our password reset tool on the log-in page.

Do I earn points when I buy Stein's gift cards?
Unfortunately no. Points are earned on merchandise sales only.
I purchased something at a store today.
Why don't I see it on my account?
We update the system throughout the day, but it might take a little bit. Check back tomorrow and you should see your purchase.
What do you do with my personal information?
We'll keep this just between us. Stein's keeps all customer information (name, address, phone, email, etc) for our records only. We use it to help serve you better. We won't sell or distribute customer information to any third parties.
