HOME DELIVERY SERVICES

 

 

In conjunction with our retail product selection, Steins offers free delivery of grills over $399 (boxed or assembled), boxed patio sets over $399 or boxed furniture over $399 to addresses within 25 miles of one of our retail locations.

 

Grill, patio and furniture deliveries over 25 miles and all other merchandise (such as Fountains, Statuary and Live Goods) are available starting at a minimum charge of $100 and is dependent upon the type of product, number of trips and required resources. Please see the selling locations for further details.

 

• We are unable to deliver pallets of mulch, stone or soil.
• We have 3rd party delivery of sod available. Please see your local store for details.

 

Deliveries are made to the customer’s driveway. Customers must be present for the delivery unless a waiver is signed.

 

We offer recycling of grills at the time of the new grill delivery. The old grill will need to be available in the customer’s driveway. No other merchandise or packing material will be taken by the driver unless they were used for stabilizing the product in the delivery truck.

 

Standard delivery times are 8am to 5pm weekdays with no weekend or holiday deliveries.  You will be contacted within 3 business days from purchase to set up delivery.  Delivery times are approximate and subject to change with notification to the customer.

 

The customer should examine the product upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event of discovery of damage or missing pieces after the delivery, contact the selling location within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Once the product is delivered, fees are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective. Changed mind would require a pick up fee and be arranged through the selling location.
